OPIS:
Lata 30-te. Bumpy Johnson (Fishburne) jest niepodzielnym władcą Harlemu a zarazem człowiekiem honoru i wielkiej siły charakteru. Kiedy bezwzględny Dutch Shulz (Roth) zakłóca jego panowanie serią krwawych akcji, Bumpy wie że jedynym sposobem, aby zwyciężyć, jest walka metodami Dutcha. Wojna gangsterów zamienia się w obłędną grę, która wymyka się spod kontroli graczy.
